Forge Dynamics Inc.™ completes WCB Alberta Online Integration

Forge Dynamics Inc™. has completed development on the integration between The OPTIC System™ and the Alberta Worker’s Compensation Board Online Reporting System. This new module allows employers to utilize The OPTIC System™ to report and transmit employee injuries electronically.

“Typically most injuries are reported using a fax machine. This process may be inaccurate and time consuming. For those employers that want to proactively manage injured workers, this precious time may be quite undesirable”, says Mat Matthews, President & Director of Safety.

“Most employers can not afford to wait until a fax is processed. They generally want to begin to manage the claim almost immediately after notifying WCB. The OPTIC System™ allows companies to input information pertaining to a workers injury, submit it electronically and begin managing it virtually the same day, if not hour it was reported.”
