Through a series of customized questions, The OPTIC SystemTM will know who requires immediate notification of this incident through the answers provided by the users. The accident reporting module features a legislative driven first aid report form, WCB report form which can be electronically sent to WCB. Additionally, a comprehensive investigation module allows you to determine the contributing factors associated with the incident and initiate one or more corrective actions.
Contractor Management
Have you ever seen how difficult it is to monitor your contractors basic documentation? Orientations, Certificate of Insurance, Certificate of Recognition and other pertinent documents can be an administrative nightmare. Hazard Assessments
This module allows a company to share Hazard Assessments developed. The act of uploading a Job Hazard Assessment may prompt a review committee established by the company to review and approve the uploaded Assessment. Once approved, it is available for all users that have an interest in that risk assessment.
