Sales Associate

As a result of our continued growth, we have immediate openings for a qualified, motivated, Sales Representative who is looking for the rewards and challenges of being part of a dynamic and professional sales team that is committed to driving the company to success.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Sales Associate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building new client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Fostering business development by identifying and securing sales opportunities.
  • Meeting assigned sales and service objectives.
  • Promoting Forge Dynamics’ services, providing timely, effective advice and solutions to business and marketing problems.
  • Assessing client needs, being proactive and responsive to those needs, ensuring exceptional client/business relations.
  • Coordinate client set-up and maintenance, working to build a climate of trust and competency with clients.
  • Working with the design and programming teams to fulfill client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staying current and knowledgeable with Forge Dynamics’ product and service offerings; keeping up to date on emergent trends and competitor information.
  • Completion of a college diploma or University degree.
  • Experience in selling technology solutions is an asset to this position.
  • Ability to set goals and objectives and to achieve them.
  • Flare for selling the intangible to all levels of client contacts.
  • Superior written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to cold call and introduce Forge Dynamics to new potential clients.
  • High energy, flexible and adaptable team player who is also self motivated and directed.
  • Strong computer skills (working knowledge of MS Office Applications)
  • Superior time management skills and exceptional work ethic.
